PREPERATION


  • One in-person consultation, unlimited access via phone and e-mail


  • A detailed schedule for the ceremony & reception, including vendor &​[wedding] party timetable


  • Distribute day-of timeline to vendors

  • Receive all personal items for the ceremony and reception (guestbook, ​favors, etc.)


  • Attend venue walkthrough


  • Contact vendors the week of the wedding to confirm the previous ​discussions and verify all final details


  • ETC.


DAY-OF COORDINATION


  • Manage the timing of the event


  • Final inspections on setup, seating placements, table numbers, decor, ​etc.


  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements & those needing ​special assistance

  • Cue ceremony


  • Review reception activities - grand entrance, first dance, cake cutting, ​toasts, etc.


  • Coordinate transport or gifts and personal items


  • ETC.

  • Up to 10 hours on day-of


  • Manage the timing of the event


  • Final Inspections on setup, seating placements, table/escort cards, ​decor, etc.


  • Greet guests and assist with seating arrangements & those needing ​special assistance.

  • Distribute any final payments and/or gratuities to vendors (paid by the ​client)

INVESTMENT

Home Icon

Rehearsal - $75 an hour


Day of - $115 PER hour, 6 HOURS MINIMUM


Additional hours for day-of - $100 an hour


Full plan - starting rate of $1,350


Mileage surcharge - $1 PER MILE (outside of Salem/Keizer)


Drive time fee - $70 an hour


Extra team member - $20 an hour (required for a guest list of 150 +)


vendor research - 12% of total, per vendor


QuinceaÑera full plan - starting rate of $1,400


QuinceaÑera day of - starting rate of $125 an hour
